Dr Ajit demonstrated his deep commitment to philanthropy by generously donating his entire 100 months' worth of salary to cover the various needs of those in need. Article I
Name and Purpose

Section 1 : Name - The name of this organization shall be the Federal International Chamber Forum, hereinafter referred to as "FICF."

Section 2 : Purpose - The purpose of FICF is to create a community of outstanding Multibillionaire Business Achievers recognized by the MBA award to promote business excellence, social responsibility, and collaboration among its members. This Forum is established for the sole purpose of advancing social causes, and no funds shall be allocated or spent on parties or unnecessary expenses.
This addition reinforces the Forum's commitment to its core mission of contributing to social causes and ensures that resources are utilized solely for philanthropic and socially beneficial activities.


Article II
Membership

Section 1 : Eligibility - Membership in FICF is limited to individuals who have received the MBA Award and possess a minimum net worth or asset value of 1000 crore (Indian Rupees). In the last 15 years, only one person was granted admission to the Forum each calendar year. However, starting from the upcoming year, 15 individuals will be welcomed into the Forum annually.

Activities

Section 1 : Annual Gatherings - FICF shall organize an annual gathering where members can share ideas and collaborate on initiatives for the social good.

Section 2 :Business Initiatives - Members are encouraged to collaborate on business ventures that align with the Forum's objectives and promote excellence and social impact.
These bylaws are intended to guide the operations and governance of the Federal International Chamber Forum, ensuring that it remains a prestigious and exclusive organization dedicated to business excellence and social impact.
